Reflection I
This series of images explores the identity of the two women it features. The images are intended to challenge the viewers’ perception of the women by portraying them in an obscure, indirect manner. Although it is deliberately made obvious that both figures are women, their features are not distinct, adding to the mystery of them both and increasing the uncertainty of the viewer. In each of the images the figures are not photographed directly, but as reflections on distressed surfaces.
