I wasn't going to print this photo because I thought the shoot was too silly, done late one night. However, I wanted to do a painting with this photo in which smoke would be coming from her fingers, and I was so surprised by how this looked in print as opposed to the negative.
I love the expression on her face; the eye contact knocks me over. Her hair looks so sensually tousled for such a weird photo, and the touch of pattern at the bottom of the frame helps to break up the black and white.
