We were in between iterations at the Convoy Live-Fire Range at Fort Benning, GA when I noticed this photo-op of my buddy taking in some shut-eye. Ironically, this is about the only time I find the new Digital pattern works well in blending into the background...in a b&w photo. =]

    I don't know if this shot was realy shot in a war zone but even though the instruments of death and destruction surround the soldier, the expression in his face is peacefull and without distress or fear. I love this image. Well seen and shot

    Nice contrast of emotion with implied chaos or a hard day training surrounding the subject, how can he sleep propped up like that? I guess when your dog tired you could sleep in any position
