This poor girl looked so sad. Her eyes were so expressive.

It´s a fantastic portrait of such a majestic creature. I especially love the saddness portrayed in those eyes. I personally would have gotten up close & maybe have filled the frame with her face & or eyes. Perhaps, this is something one could explore on a second visit 2 the farm. It´s always possible 2 return 2 subject´s that we find of interest as it is always well worth the effort. I sense that U really enjoy fotogrphing horses? Something perhap´s you should explore further if that indeed is your passion. I think at times its just a matter of perseverance & exploration of the things that we really enjoy. This rule of thumb usually results in getting some great
foto´s. I hope this was of help 2 U. -

Thanks for the comments and thanks for the advice Mario. I definetly wanna head back their someday soon. I agree with u...a close up woulda been more effective. Constructive critism is always appreciated. I'm definetly gonna work on it. Thanks.

The eyes are incredibly sad and look so aged or something - this poor horse - looks like it's had a hard life
