Colorful shot with exposure problems. I also would have liked it if the photograph had concentrated just a bit more on the little girl, the ostensible subject of the photograph.I think you could have cropped off the lady on the far left and thereby would have had a stronger shot. You might also want to crop out that white "V" area at the top (middle) of the picture to get rid of an eye trap. Put in a bit of saturation to "pop" the wonderful colors.
