Burnt zorange for strained MCL

On my second to last night in Haiti i left my headlamp at the factory and proceeded to step into a hole as deep as my knee is long. A severe wrenching led me to hobble around the next morning where one of the workers, my Haitian mother-Therese exclaimed Burnt Zorange! She left in a hurry and returned with an orange that she proceeded to burn from the outside. Then she broke it open and slathered it over my knee as well as dig deep into my meniscus. A few hours later i was functioning at 75%. Burnt zorange!
