I used a Canon 1D with a 15mm f/2.8 fisheye for this shot. -

It was actually 1 take with camera set to 6 frames per second. That's assuming you count the 1000's of times I've thrown the ball for that dog as "practice" not takes for the photo. :-) He was extremely predictable by the time the photo was shot. -
