Stillness
My friends, Andres from Colombia and Roger from Uruguay, taking a break on the way up Mt Kinabalu, the highest mountain in SE Asia at 4,101m. In spite of the fatigue and breathlessness, we thoroughly enjoyed the stillness of the hauntingly beautiful forest on the lower part of the mountain, and its serene silence. It was a long way up and what you see are two very tired people (3 including the photographer - me!) - and this was not even half-way up. Still, it was WORTH it! And I would do it all over again the 3rd time.
