I didn't know this guy, but I was intrigued because he resembled Elijah Wood So much. I was staying at a hotel and asked him if I could take a picture. I asked him about the "Elijah Wood" thing and he said its a bit annoying, but sometime it has played in his advantage.

I asked the people at the hotel if they had any "Hi my name is" stickers and that's how you have "Fuck Frodo" on his shirt.
