Admin Room Telephones
In September 2005, I was invited to visit the now disused Maze Prison just outside Lisburn Co Antrim, Northern Ireland.
The Maze site is being demolished to make way for an international sports stadium.
The hospital wing, which I was in and one H-block will be preserved as a museum and memorial to the Troubles.
These telephones had been left exactly as they were on the large table. This would have been the nerve centre of the prison.
