This is the Aletsch Glacier, the biggest glacier on continental Europe: 24km long and 120 square km in surface, the most beautiful place in Switzerland…

This glacier has retreated by 3km since 1860, and today at about a rate of 50m per year.

Half the world's population depends on glacial water as a freshwater supply. 40 percent of the worlds population is already subject to severe water shortage. Are you preoccupied about our most precious natural resource?
