its 2am here and i am suddenly hungry and that just looks so good!
what is it?! i've never had a combination of eggs and zuchini! -

those aren't zucchinis, it's another type of ''pumpkin'' . In Argentina are called ''zapallitos verdes'' and they're kind like little green pumpkins but shorter than zucchinis.
In the picture you're witnessing the preparation of a typical ''revuelto de zapallitos'' hehe , a ''revuelto'' is any kind of preparation with lots of eggs and little pieces of vegetables or meat... a tip: it's even more flavorful with onions in it. you have to try it :) -

i will have to try a revuelto, just looks and sounds so tasty! in case i dont get it right then i will just have to make my way to Argentina some day to try the real thing! :)
