A microphone, chair and guitar: tools of Saint Andrew, Cleveland-area street musician.

Saint Andrew is Andrew Lesica, a one-time punk rocker turned bluesman. There’s all kind of potential for that coming off badly, but instead he delivers some truly heartfelt and raw originals, plus a few well-chosen covers from Bob Dylan to Nick Cave. He is one man with a voice, a guitar, a harmonica, and the occasional foot-operated percussion. In a world overpopulated by ‘blues rock’ bands, St. Andrew gets down to the roots of the genre, while at the same time soundng fresh and contemporary.
