end of the line

the fog is 100% real, no after effects here.

Taken from the LIRR train platform @ Bellmore, looking east, you could not see anything beyond what you see here. It reminded me of the old horror flicks I saw when I was a kid, like a combination of 'The Fog' a zombie flick and Maximum Overdrive... then again, these folks have a lot in common with zombies, commuting to NYC each morning.

Awesome photo! I really like how it fades out on the top.

It's an eerie photo; it almost doesn't look real, more surreal! I like it!

The category "noir" seems to reflect a hint of mystery, with a suggestion of darkness, danger, or lonliness. Mike's title for this photo "End of the Line" certainly evokes these feelings. What's on the other side of the mist & why are all the people in the photo walking away from it?

Got me wondering about what the woman at the front with the bag was looking at! Cool shot Mike.

Born and raised in Bellmore, I've never seen the train station like this. Up until now I thought you didn't have much talent. This picture really does rock!
