Spotted this surfer in action on a trip to California earlier this year. He put on quite a gravity-defying air show. Photo taken from the Manhattan Beach pier with my telephoto lens.

gotta love the D40's 2.5 frames per second (although it doesn't compare to your D200's 5 fps!)

Great shot it is too, Paul! I found it crazy that even in January, when I was pretty darn cold, there was people surfing!
