While watching a parade with my kids, I turned around and noticed a man, also watching the parade, who was holding his child who was holding a balloon. The wind was whipping the balloon back and forth across the man's face and I knew if I was quick enough I might catch something kind of funny. This is the first of only two frames I shot before he walked away. In the second frame, the happy face was turned another direction.
