Taken in Haridwar, India at a mountain top temple called Maa Manasa Devi. My wife and I were the only westerners there. Everyone wanted a photo with us like we were some sort of attraction! It was funny....You can take a gondola to the top, and from there you can see the peaks of the Himalayas far in the distance. Haridwar is a powerful place said to be where Lord Vishnu (Lord of the Universe) placed his foot on Earth. The Ganges river flows fast and clean here The placed is charged. A better place in my opinion than more well known Rishikesh (also very beautiful) which is 45 minutes north. Overall I prefer South India to North but Haridwar stands out.
