Flag-laden Simon Penning, age 19, from Guilford, MD, middle, joins other Preakness-goers and uses the cracks in between the the wheelchair accessible portable toilets to urinate. Infrequent rains, beer, and urine, made this particular part of the infield muddier and more pungent than other areas.
