  I like it. It is heart-stopping seeing what seems to be a "victim" whose demise is obstructed by these onlookers/heros. I would do one thing. Change the title to simply "CPR". And in the description explain that it's a drill. The title made me relax too quickly, and before I read it, I was actually anxious and worried. The "Drill" takes away from the power of the image.
