Under the Nordic Sky
This photograph was taken in Iceland while traveling along its Southern coast. Icelandic horses are purebred since the times of the very first Viking settlers and are a true pride of this small nation.

amazing photo! an abundance of loneliness in this vast monochrome world.... it really makes you understand why the Nordic culture was so severe and adamant- otherwise the psychological burden of being alone in this cold dark surroundings would swallow you and you will perish....
