  Thanks for the feedback. Shane, we'll have to agree to differ on the blur issue as that's how I wanted the shot and for me that is its strength. It follows on from my 'objective subjective' series which all featured very narrow strands of focal depth in order to increase the scale of the shot and highlight the subject. Obviously not to your taste but I genuinely appreciate your opinion as it's nice (and very useful) to hear what people don't like as well as what they do.

  Good, simple shot ..... the narrow depth of field adds to the shot - it probably wouldn't have been half as effective without it !!
