I really tried to take this picture *before eating - couldn't wait

Sweet Organic Squash

- cut squash in half and clean out seeds
- place face down on tinfoil in 350˚ oven
- bake 45 minutes (time will vary depending on size) or until lightly soft to touch through skin
- turn upright and fill with butter & brown sugar
- bake another 15 minutes

the *BEST Ribs in Town

- cover ribs with water
- add 3tbsp. Soya Sauce
- add 1cup chopped onion
- bring to boil then simmer at medium heat (mostly covered) for 20 minutes

my Signature *Glaze -

Mix together:
(best to make ahead of time and let marinade)
- 6tbsp brown sugar
- 3tbsp Soya Sauce (Sushi Sauce preferred)
- 1tbsp Hoi Sin Sauce
- *LOTS of fresh crushed garlic

Lay ribs (meat side up) on rack and place in oven at 350˚ for 15 minutes - then Broil for 5 minutes to crispen glaze.

**napkins not necessary due to finger licking goodness
***WARNING*** can be Highly addictive to the Palate

    Those ribs sound divine! I had a squash like that last night. Only I made it a little diff. I just stab it and spray with Pam and microwave till tender then clean out the seeds and it is so easy! In your ribs reciped the Hoison sauce is fabulous! That is what they use in chinese food to make fil wrapped chicken. I will be cooking your ribs this weekend I hope!
