Enchanted Rock State Natural Area #1

Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is located in the hill country area of middle Texas. This crop of rocks are granite. The bald dome is the tallest where people climb to the top for a beautiful 365 view.

Our kids, my husband & I went to Enchanted Rock many times before it became a state natural area. We have all climbed to the top each time that we visit.

This photo was taken from a pull-off on the side of the road just as you come over a hill. It is an excellent over view of the area.
