JUST looking......
The Arkansas Game & Fish Commission has CLOSED Deer Season in our area due to flooding of the White River here in our immediate area. So, all I can do is sit here in the stand and WATCH with only a camera in hand... No Gun........The flood waters have all the deer pushed up to higher ground (yes, I'm on higher ground, no threat of the water getting to us)

That's a shame! Especially since you were helping those less fortunate by donating the deer to the food bank. Hopefully you'll be able to get some good photos, and some fast lowering of the water levels. A very nice SP!

Gosh sorry to hear about your deer season, will they lift it when the water goes down? There are way too many here....almost hit one within site of the drive way the other evening coming home!!!

yes, you can still fish and maybe help in harvesting the rice in the field. Or are they done harvesting it?
