Thanks, Mike. This was taken in Alberta, Canada, south of the Jasper area during a Canadian Rockies road trip. The next shot was a picture of my wife taking a picture of me taking this picture. (I had slammed on the brakes when I saw the barns on the horizon.) The barns actually looked that "painterly" from afar.
