The Next Generation
This thrasher is a third generation machine. It takes the place of all the manpower in this series. The motor drive follows behind in a pontoon type boat. It cuts the number of passes needed for harvesting. The number varies on the size of the bog 8 acres or more is where it can be used. The reduction in passes decreases the amount of damage to the bushes. It takes 4 years after planting to produce fruit. So less damage means less new plants.
