You would think that living in the river almost all day would keep Lu from being thirsty. Not so. When the park volunteer turns on the hose and calls him, he comes from wherever he is to have water squirted into his mouth from the hose.

How sweet and what an excellent capture! ...Hippos know a good thing when they taste it and maybe water out of a hose tastes better than river water.
