Visiting Costa Maya was a great experience because of the beautiful scenery, the food but most importantly the relentless passion of the people to move forward after a devasting hurricane (Dean) took over three years ago.
Abandoned shacks like these were numerous as we toured the town but a decent portion has been rebuilt to welcome all the tourist that still visit via cruise lines.
