Found him on South Beach

That's right, you will see him sitting in that car 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
He is parked around 7 street and ocean drive, Miami Beach Florida. Very quiet, has nothing to say. Some say he is a dummy. Keep an eye out and see if you can snap a shot, he won't bite.
