Great work with overexposure! I attempt to do this myself from time to time and it's a lot harder than it looks to get a good shot where everything is balanced to get what you want visible to still be in the shot and not blown out. I have to wonder was this done in winter time possibly with snow around to assist in the removal of ground and sky?

I'm sure this doesn't even come to close to what it must have been like to actually stand in that scene... Don't you sort of hate that about photography, theres always something thats un-capturable. It's almost like we have to have a different expectation for the image in the first place, so we're not dissapointed. Beautiful image though, what do you hope to say with it? It reminds me of our lives, the neverending blind treck down the path.
