A great shot and DOF, I like how faint the barn is. In our part of the world, we are soooooooooooo glad to see our HOT, HOT, HOT and humid summer leaving, now we get nice weather for a few months : )

A beautiful, somewhat melancholy photo of late summer. I love the soft focus and mix of colors in the backdrop. Do I detect a small tone of sadness in your description. As Patty Loveless said in a song, "life's about changes, nothing ever stays the same." How true. Bravo, David!
