Gorgeous strong horizontal bands. The water in the foreground is dark and dramatic. The reflection of the waterfall begins the next band, which is the fabulous, texturous beautiful waterfall. The mirrorlike water above it with the reflection of the brightly colored trees merges with the actual trees on the bank. Gorgeous capture, Rob. Fall is so magnificent in New England.

I like your shot way better than Prop 4. That one almost froze me to death! Love teh composition. A perfect "rule-of-thirds" the angle of the dam leads my eye deep into the photo and the colors and reflection in the pond keeps my eye there. Frame it! R

The reflection of the fall colors at the top just appear as if they are gonna go over the falls also. Excellent capture!
