A temporary iron fence to mark a new but still unused street, somewhere in Riyadh, about 20 minutes drive from the city center.

Despite the economic crunch around the world, the economy of Saudi Arabia seems to be still growing with full confident.

The hotels, apartments and housing compounds are full with business people. New roads, constructions are everywhere, including new universities with immense scale, in a huge effort by the government to turn Riyadh into a city of the 21st century,

Visitors may complaint about long queue in the immigration line --sometimes with unwelcome attitude from a few officers-- or so many restrictions in public life.

However, get real. "The money is here," said one prominent local businessman, "Not in Dubai or elsewhere in the Middle East."
