On the East Third Ring Rd. with Rem Koolhaas' China Central Television HQ Building and the Television Culture Center (TVCC) (left) in the background. This photo was taken in Ocober 2008, shortly after Beijing hosted the Olympics and a few months before the TVCC building, aka Beijing Mandarin Hotel, burned from an illegal fireworks display hosted by the CCTV people, many of whom are now in jail.
