"Sidewalk Serenade"
Lower Thames St., Newport, RI. I generally don't do people/candids, but I liked the black, white and grey tones throughout dominated by the red accordion, which is supported by the red brick wall. You might call my taking this a "snap decision". :~)
BTW... his music was exceptional!! See PROPS 1 & 2 below...

I love the reds both on the brick wall and on the red accordion...Sometimes snap decisions turn out to be winners as they are not planned. The grey, black and white tones enhance to give you great lighting!

So glad you made that snap decision. Love this shot for all the reasons you stated, plus the positioning of the musician and intimate details, like the glasses in the accordian case and the coffee mug on the bench.
