This handsome young cowboy came riding into town from out of the desert. So impressed by the authenticity of his gear and tack, I ventured to ask for a photograph.
He said "When I am finished here" as he strode toward the Cherry Creek Barrel Saloon. He seemed almost grudging about it, so I didn't press for "poses", and he offered none as he mounted up and rode off into the heat of the day.
