The decay of the homestead house, the abandoned farming machinery, being worn down by the weather and all being reclaimed and covered by thickets of wild blackberrys and encroaching forest. A small family farm is gone forever.

    Great entry, voted. NJ farmland is disappearing also, by land being sold to build homes. It won't be long before the only thing the "Garden State" grows is developments, then we'll need a new nickname.

    Nature has a way of reclaiming her own...we used to pick big wild blackberries...hope you can do the same. Sad but a great image for the theme OC
