between sea and sky
Submitted to Color Theory
We were driving south on 101 from Cannon Beach to Tillamook when we pulled off at an overlook to take in the sun and the sky and the sea. It was so bright and so warm and there were little white caps bouncing about on the waves. We were up so high that I felt balanced between the sea and sky, as though I might fly right between them and tumble into the shining band of white light on the horizon.
