Zin-Zah was my first patient on my Hospice trip to South Africa. She had no money, but her A.I.D.S. was so far developed that the government paid for her medication. Unfortunately Zin-Zah believed that the medicine was making her more sick, so she had stopped taking it. I am sure she has died.
