This is Amber a very charming young lady. She is 19 and an aspiring model. She is a lovely young lady with a loads of passion for modeling.

I met her a week back and our mutual interest led us to this pic - she likes her photographs taken and i like taking photographs.

This is my debut in portrait photography as well and I am looking forward to all the advice and critiques i can get.

I want to learn this art and improve at the same time.

I took this shot of Amber the first time I met her to discuss our future photo shoots and ideas to build up a attractive portfolio for this young lady.

This just on of those can did shots you take which turn out to be great cuz the subject is unaware that they are being photographed.

I have fixed the some some levels hair and added vignette to draw focus to the subject.

    Hello brother

She has beautiful adorable eyes :)

I am not sure, if the soft focus was intentional or not but it goes pretty good with the pose, giving me the sens of deep thoughts/in her own world.

I find the skin tones too soft, keep it more natural it'll look good.

Try to avoid some prominent colors in ur B/G which diverts viewers eyes from the beautiful model, or later in ur PP u can make em dull :)

Try avoiding the tilt-up face, it do not expose the proper profile (sorta flat it appears)

    Hope to see more :)

If this is your debut portrait then you did a very good job! I do agree with Jahanzeib on the background. Though the bokeh is good, the color and the pattern on it does distract a bit. Either make it part of the shot or reposition your camera and/or model to avoid it. Though converting to B/W would help, the fact that the subject is perfect in color would be reason enough not to, but you may give it a try just to experiment.

    Regards,

excellent colors, marvelous work, best in your account, attractive model, very nice touching and better if you try some reflection on her face with a golden sheet.
