The Burlington Experiment
Burlington, Ontario
I shot this from the 16th floor of an apartment building that over looked Lake Ontario. I set my camera up on the ledge and wrapped the strap around my arms about 15 times (did not want it to fall 16 stories in oblivion), and then shook the camera up and down gracefully during the 30 sec. exposure. The lights are from a bridge and its reflections are below it.

It was a bridge and the softer lights below were the reflections on Lake Ontario from the bridge
