"The Quality of Music is Not Strained"
Some believe Shakespeare said, "The quality of mercy is not strained." His words sounded like that BEFORE sound issues were resolved.
After his sound engineer rectified the problem, Shakespeare was clearly heard to say from his position in front of the speakers that "The quality of music is not strained!"
Today at the Cape Verde Festival in Onset, MA-- just before Cape Cod.
