Pennsbury Horses

These horses were grazing in an open field area right next to Pennsbury Manor, William Penn's reconstructed country estate north of Philadelphia. It's a beautiful and peaceful place, and the Delaware River glides by the manor house's front door. Located in Bucks County, it's only about 25 miles from metropolitan Philadelphia.

    Beautiful! Being from Kentucky I am inspired by pictures of horses, Especially ones photographed so elegantly as these. Nice work John!

    Faved! Wonderful photo of my favorite animals! I grew up on a ranch and rode horses quite a bit. I even went on a 15 mile cattle drive when I was in high school.... had a sore bottom for a few days after that... lol.
