MICA, the Ministry of Information, Communication & Arts was formerly a Police station & Barracks. This building is unique in the sense that it has so many wooden windows ( Total: 911 windows in all ) , all with bright colours of red , yellow, green & orange. A landmark not to be missed.We called it the place :that building with colourful windows.
