Submitted to Photo Challenge: In Uniform
The sari in the Indian diaspora is as characteristic as any uniform. Not only in its style but in its colourful nature. Of course, umbrellas can be as ubiquitous, in sunshine as well as rain. The combination of sari and umbrella is thus a very recognisable uniform.
