My twins shooting a self image with me using their first "real" cameras from Fisher Price. Guess which camera produced the photo?

Believe it or not, my avatar photo was shot by one of my twins, Stephen, the one holding the blue camera. He has quite a collection of photos, pretty interesting and well composed for a 4 year old.

These Fisher Price cams make a great gift for children who are eager to have fun taking photos. They are well constructed and durable. According to the manufacturer they are even splash proof. I can't say for sure since I have not tested them with water but from what I can tell the cameras are well sealed. You definitely need to buy rechargeable batteries for these cameras, especially with indoor shooting where the flash has a tendency to fire often (which you can't control).

I must say that the photos have a natural vintage grainy Polaroid look to them, but lower resolution. Not suitable for photo contests but for snapshots the Fisher Price Camera gets an A in fun factor and durability, but a C in battery consumption.
