'Hippie Chicks 'n' Groovy Dudes' MAKE LOVE NOT WAR
When I was showing this to a young 27 yr old this morning she was so nice and said pretty flower. When I looked at her expression I knew she had no idea Where I was coming from with this shot! In the 1960's To protest the Vietnam War Hippies and Soldiers alike would place a flower in the barrel of their M-16's...and would say MAKE LOVE NOT WAR!
FLOWER POWER!

journalistic wise I believe it was in life mag and was an image of a daisy being put in the gun barrel of an army tank during some parade or standoff...yes I remember too maybe it was a photographer?
