Donna,
Surprisingly, I was not in a boat. This is taken in Louisiana on the west side of Baton Rouge. This interstate leading in to B.R. is divided over the big swamp. And there is one exit that sweeps around down to a boat launch.
This was my lesson on getting tips from locals. I would have never known about this spot, but a local told me to take that exit and follow it around. It was perfect. -

Also...
I took various photos, some with no light sources, some with. Obviously I didn't have a flash to power that much light, so I pointed the headlights of my car straight ahead and it gave it a nice effect to light up the bridges. -
