Silo and Barn
© mylatehope.com
I couldn't decide which image I should enter in the Silhouettes photo challenge. This one, or Time. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Both this image and Time were from the same roll as my JPG photos Clean Drinking Water and Post-war Photography Day. Seldom do I like this many photos from any given roll of 120 film.
Created using my girlfriend's original Diana camera with expired Fuji T64 slide film cross processed with C-41. Slide scanned with my Epson Perfection V700 Photo scanner. No digital manipulation used!

I think this was the right choice. I like the lens flare especially. However I love the sky in Time and the fact that I can see the clock face forever suspended at that one particular moment.

Definitely this one! Cleaner, stronger silhouette, and I love the effect of the gable end just visible. Adds a little something to the whole without losing the overall simplicity. "Time" is too complex, IMNSHO ;-)

Tough call but I agree with this choice.

Yeah prefer the colour and stronger silhouette, and especially love the glow of the gable end cutting across..

Rockin' the theme.

Both are strong, but this one is stronger. The cloud patterns add more depth, the silhouette shape is more intriguing, and the diagonal of electric blue is more compelling than the clock and windows.
