Uighurs March from Dupont Circle to Chinese Embassy / WDC - 7 July 2009
Departing from an Assemblance Rally in Dupont Circle in NW Washington DC on Tuesday afternoon, 7 July 2009 a hundred or so demonstrators participating in the Uighurs Protest marched almost (4) miles up Connecticut Avenue to the Chinese Embassy at Van Ness Street in NW Washington DC to protest against the violence inflicted upon the Uighurs in the East Turkinstan area of Western China.
